Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. 1 small room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Shower/WC. Wood heating. Solar power. Small balcony, small patio. Sitting area. Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Note: Electric devices as coffee machine, hair dryer, electric kettle and toaster cannot be used. Is not possible to charge electric bikes. Electrical appliances over 250W can not be operated. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Luzzone, Lago Retico, Lago di Lugano, Lago Maggiore. Hiking paths: Val Malvaglia, Valle di Blenio, Campo Blenio, Greina, Lucomagno.
