Ferienhaus Vart Sulegl
Description of the holiday rental
The south-facing bright and cozy apartment with the most beautiful panoramic view has a spacious entrance area with additional WC on the first floor; upstairs kitchen (ceramic hob with oven, refrigerator, "Delizio" coffee capsule machine), cozy living room; a first, simply furnished bedroom with 2 beds, a second bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed, a separate WC/shower. Heating with wood and/or electric. The building style with a lot of wood gives the impression of a homey, rustic mountain house. Flexible capacity: on request a third bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed can be added (see picture: "Sleeping 3"). Please note: for 2 persons only 1 bedroom is available, for 3-4 persons 2 bedrooms and for 5 persons and more all 3 bedrooms are available.
The house bears the Romanesque name "Vart Sulegl", which means "On the sunny side". This indicates that the house is located in a place favored by above-average sunshine.
The house was built in 1964 and is modeled on the traditional Prättigau farmhouse. A traditional Prättigau farmhouse is a wooden house and consists of two parts: the main house and the side house. The main house is the actual dwelling house. The side house - attached to the main house - is used as a stable and barn. A covered but open corridor runs along the side house and can be used by people and animals (e.g. to fetch water from the well) without its accessibility being affected by rain or snow.
In the house "Vart Sulegl" this open space is a valuable additional area. It can be used even if it should rain: for eating outside, for playing, as a sitting place, for morning gymnastics!, for assembling the skis and for many other activities more. In front of the house, a flat lawn - with an ever-present mountain panorama - invites you to linger. There you can also play or rest under the parasol. An outdoor chimney and a water connection are also available.
