Electric Heaters. Cozy traditional "Bündner"house partitioned on two floors with a terrace. The house is located in the middle of the village Dalin (Präz) with about 40 inhabitants. 3 minutes by car from the family-friendly ski resort Sarn-Heinz Berg (Lescha) with ski school, sledge run and mountain restaurant. 10 minutes from Thusis, with different possibilities to shop. Bus stop next to the house. Good initial point for snow walks.
