Overview
Description of the holiday rental
The apartment features a kitchen with a dining area, a living room, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. It includes three bedrooms.
Bedrooms
Two bedrooms each have a double bed. One of these bedrooms has a balcony. The smaller third bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed for children or adults. A cot is available, and the bedrooms are freshly made up by the landlady.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a sink, a toilet (Closomat), and a shower. Towels are provided.
Living Room
The living room features a 3-seater sofa, two recliner chairs, a side table, and a television with a DVD player. The living area has laminate flooring. The entrance area has carpet flooring.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped and features a glass-ceramic cooktop. An oven, a kettle, a fridge, and a dishwasher are installed in the kitchen. Additionally, there is a radio and a Nespresso machine, but capsules are not provided. A raclette grill and a fondue caquelon are available. Kitchen linens are provided and included in the price. The dining area has a round table with six chairs. A high chair is available. The floor covering is laminate.
Garden Seating Area
In the summer, the garden seating area with a wooden grill can be used by arrangement with the landlord. It consists of a pavilion with a table and six chairs.
The detached two-family house is located in the upper, sunny part of Sedrun village. The practical 4.5-room holiday apartment with a separate entrance is on the ground floor, making it also suitable for people with disabilities. Smoking and pets are not allowed in the entire house. The large entrance area with an outdoor seating area serves as a wardrobe and storage space for various sports equipment, strollers, etc. Two parking spaces are available free of charge right next to the house. The newly renovated public wellness and experience bath “Bogn Sedrun” is open again from autumn 2024 and is located right across from the holiday apartment. The popular children's playground and the village museum “La Truaisch” are also nearby. The train station of the Matterhorn-Gotthard Bahn (MGB) to the ski arena, the cable car to the ski, hiking, and biking area “Cuolm da Vi” Disentis, the lovingly designed ski area Druni KidsArena above Sedrun, the cross-country skiing trail, various shopping opportunities, restaurants, and the tourist office, etc., are all within easy walking distance, reachable in 10 to 15 minutes. The large garden with a grill and pavilion can be used by arrangement with the landlord.
