The floor tiles throughout the flat - with the exception of the carpeted bedrooms - and the underfloor heating in all rooms ensure a pleasant living climate. A modern kitchen with all the necessary appliances and a bathroom with bathtub and shower round off the facilities. There is also a guest WC on the ground floor.

The outdoor area impresses with a charming garden seating area, which offers direct access to the cross-country ski trail in winter.
