Beautiful 3.5 room apartment (duplex) near the center and grocery Volg. Central and quiet location. Patio, in winter directly at the Lopie. The rental property is located in a house with 3 apartments. Garden exit from the living room on the ground floor with its own internal staircase to the 1st floor.
The living room has a fireplace, sofa, dining area. Arvenschrank, free access to Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. Large bedroom with pine wood double bed and built-in pine wood wardrobe. In the small bedroom Arvenholzschrank a loft bed and a single bed. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower possibility. Whole apartment with floor plates except in the bedrooms. All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating. Garage space included in the rental price. Velo parking direction at the house entrance. Washing machine and a ski room in the basement. However, smoking is prohibited in the apartments.
