Your home is located in the immediate vicinity of the railway station, the Volg shop (a few minutes' walk) and the Nordic Centre. The cross-country ski trail is right next to the house. In winter, the house is in a very quiet location, as the Nufenen Pass is closed. In summer you can play golf in the neighbouring village (Obergesteln). There is also a beautiful bathing lake nearby (Geschinen). You will find more than enough leisure activities in winter and summer.
