New, beautiful and bright 4 1/2 room flat in a top location in the centre of Zermatt with a fantastic view of the Matterhorn. Large and well-equipped kitchen with long dining table and fireplace, with dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle. Living area with sofa, flat screen TV, DVD and WiFi. 1 bedroom with double bed with bathroom with bathtub (whirlpool) and WC. 2 bedrooms each with 1 bathroom with shower (rain shower) and WC. Washing machine and tumble dryer in the flat. 1 east and 2 large south balconies all with seating.
The house Alfa is in a prime location in the centre of Zermatt. All shopping facilities and train or bus stations are within easy reach. The tennis courts in summer or the skating rink in winter and a large public playground are also close by. The medical centre is in the building, but the flats have their own access. The flats are on the 2nd and 3rd floor (with lift or via the open staircase). Ski cellar with ski boot heating are on the -2nd floor.
