Spacious, bright and friendly 3½ room apartment on the 1st floor, which has a separate entrance with outside stairs. Quiet location with sunny balcony. The unobstructed view goes over the valley with nature reserve and into the mountains. The living room is equipped with 2 leather sofas and a large dining table, TV and internet. The two bedrooms with generous windows each have 1 double bed with 2 single mattresses (200x90), a large wardrobe and small desk and can also be used as a retreat. The separate kitchen is equipped with refrigerator/freezer, glass ceramic stove, oven, coffee machine and dishwasher. The bathroom has a bathtub (incl. shower), WC, bidet and washbasin. The entrance area with wardrobe is separated. The parking space in the underground garage, ski and bicycle room are free of charge. Pets are not allowed.  Charming view from the dining area onto the cross-country ski run, golf course and riding grounds. The Chesa Averts is located 5 minutes walk from Zuoz railway station and shopping facilities (Coop etc.), 2 minutes walk from the ski lift. The free local bus to the cross-country skiing centre stops directly in front of the house. The ski paradise for children is within walking distance. In front of the house there is a big fenced place. The apartment is family-friendly, discounts for reduced occupancy are possible.  A cosy home for summer and winter sports enthusiasts, nature lovers and those seeking relaxation!

Location description: Zuoz – customs and traditions in the idyllic mountain village Zuoz is regarded as the most beautiful village in all of the Upper Engadin. Numerous patrician houses, such as the Chesa Planta, proudly display their typical oriel windows and sgraffiti façade decorations, while mysterious alleyways invite visitors to discover Zuoz’s eventful past. Meanwhile, a modern splash of colour is provided by a beautifully laid-out 18-hole golf course, an inline skating route and a varied network of hiking and mountain biking trails. A particular highlight in Zuoz is a visit to Badilatti, the highest-lying coffee-roasting plant in Europe. In winter, the cross-country ski trails of the Engadin Ski Marathon run directly past the village, while the family-friendly ski area offers skiing fun for all ability levels.
