The entrance area with wardrobe is separated. The parking space in the underground garage, ski and bicycle room are free of charge. Pets are not allowed. Charming view from the dining area onto the cross-country ski run, golf course and riding grounds. The Chesa Averts is located 5 minutes walk from Zuoz railway station and shopping facilities (Coop etc.), 2 minutes walk from the ski lift. The free local bus to the cross-country skiing centre stops directly in front of the house. The ski paradise for children is within walking distance. In front of the house there is a big fenced place. The apartment is family-friendly, discounts for reduced occupancy are possible. A cosy home for summer and winter sports enthusiasts, nature lovers and those seeking relaxation!
