The Chesa Ladina was built in 2002-03, stands directly above the village square (see plan), in an unobstructed location, with a magnificent view of the village and mountains.
The 4 1/2-room flat for rent on the 1st floor, lift in the house, with sunny balcony facing south, partly covered, has been newly furnished in a modern style (designer furniture, partly antique), offers every comfort and luxury: 3 bedrooms with 2 beds each, bathroom-WC and shower-WC, built-in cupboards; open kitchen with microwave, glass ceramic hob/oven and large fridge. Fine cooking and eating utensils. Large living-dining room with table for 8 persons, modern seating area with radio/TV, library (literature and art), fireplace stove. Towels, bed linen and kitchen towels. Modern original artworks, partly representational, partly abstract art from the Waser collection.
In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer, cellar compartment, ski room and closed garage with permanently allocated space (number 8) in direct connection with lift to the flat on the 1st floor.
Depending on the season and number of persons, the rental prices are between Fr. 220.- and Fr. 390.- per day, including visitor's tax, laundry cleaning, final cleaning, electricity, heating, water, parking garage.
Rental preferably from two weeks.
