The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 1 with double bed (2x90) and adjoining bathroom with bathtub, 2 rooms each with two single beds (90 cm), separate bathroom with shower, a large kitchen half open to the living room with dishwasher, coffee maker, refrigerator, steamer and oven. The living room is equipped with large wooden dining table with designer lamp, with sitting area, armchair, TV and fireplace.
Garage space, as well as outdoor parking space and cellar storage for winter sports equipment, W-Lan are included in the price.
The apartment is quietly located, has a balcony, with a view of the old village center, down the valley you can see as far as
S-chanf and in good weather the top of the majestic Piz d'Esan, located in the national park, turns fiery red in the evening sun.
The train station, sports store and shopping facilities can be reached on foot in a few minutes.
In winter, the nearby cross-country ski trails and the family ski area of Zuoz, whose valley station is a stone's throw away from the apartment, invite you to winter sports activities. In summer, Zuoz is an ideal starting point for hikes or bike tours. Thanks to regular train connections, the Engadine can also be easily explored by public transport. The apartment is 8 minutes walk from the train station.
