The modern holiday flat with a view from every room. It is centrally located on Lake Obersee and, thanks to its connection to the infrastructure of the AVES Hotel, offers all the advantages of a hotel and yet the privacy of a holiday flat. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious living room. The property offers everything you need. There is room for up to three people in the "children's room". Two single beds and a bunk bed hanging above are ideal for friends or the small ones. The second bedroom offers a double bed and an unobstructed view of the Obersee. The house has free parking at the house (with electric connection if desired), WLAN, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine and TV. The Weisshorn cable car is a 5-minute walk away, shopping facilities and restaurants are in the immediate neighbourhood.
