Beautifully renovated detached Engadine house with large grounds and large barbecue area in Brail.Brail is situated between Zuoz and Zernez. The Zuoz ski area can be reached in 10 minutes and the Celerina/St. Moritz ski area in 20 minutes. This detached Engadine house is over 300 years old and has been renovated with great attention to detail. Care was taken to ensure that the beautiful features worthy of preservation were complemented with state-of-the-art technology and natural materials. All bedroom floors are laid with natural wood strips. The walk-in shower on the ground floor is made of Ticino granite. The large studio has a free-standing bathtub with an Alessi stand-alone washbasin. In the pine-panelled living room, an Engadine clay stove creates a lovely ambience. A small staircase behind the stove leads to an original double bedroom (wood-panelled wall). In the large, vaulted kitchen there is a large, round Engadine table with seating for 8 people.
