Chalet with 4 bedrooms, for 6-8 people, ~110 m2 on three floors, located in the lower village of Evolène. In nature, quiet, overlooking the mountains. Access by car at 100m to load and unload luggage. Public free parking to 200m. 6 minutes walk from the center. Stiff access. Simple and rustic comfort.
Ground floor: Entrance hall. Living room with fireplace (wood not included), kitchen. Wc
1st floor: 1 room with 2 beds 1 person (90x190). 1 room with 2 beds 1 place (90x190) and access to a private bathroom with bath, washbasin and WC. Separate Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. South-facing balcony.
2nd floor: 2 bedrooms with 2 beds 1 place (90x190). 1 room with 1 sofa, washbasin.Wc.
Equipments and miscellaneous:WIFI(law debit). NO TV. Electric heating. Partially fenced garden in front of the cottage. Dishwasher, microwave. Radio-CD-cassette. Baby equipment: a cot, a high chair, a toilet seat, a bath ring, a potty. 
Garden equipment (summer): 1 table, 4 chairs, 4 deckchairs, 1 parasol, 2 benches.
Animals accepted with previous agreement and payment. 
Bedding: pillows 60/60, down 160/210 and blankets.
