Authentic 3-room flat of 70 m2, for 4 persons, on the ground floor of a typical chalet located in the centre of the village of Evolène. At 1 minute walk from the centre. Quiet location. Access by car summer-winter only to load and unload with a standard vehicle. Public parking at 200m.
Description: Entrance hall with plenty of storage space. Large well-equipped kitchen with large table. Living room with sofas, armchairs, a desk area and access to the balcony with a nice view on the village and the mountains. 1 double bedroom (140x200) and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200). Shower-washbasin and WC. 

Equipment and miscellaneous: Oil-fired heating. TV, Wifi, washing machine, dishwasher.
Pets allowed on request only and for an extra charge. Non-smoking flat. 

Bedding: 4 pillows (65x65), 2 duvets (160x210), 1 duvet (200x210)
