Large number of hikes from the house. Good footpath to the village of Intragne (butcher and bakery)
Swimming in Mühlebach (on foot), Melezza (5 minutes by car or cable car), or in Ascona's Lido (15 minutes by car).
Also accessible by public transport via the Intragna-Costa cable car, walking distance (8 minutes from the house)
Covered parking lot for 2 cars with electrical connection.

Only partially suitable for small children under 8 years of age.
