Kitchen with electric stove, oven, extractor fan, dishwasher and refrigerator with freezer. Living room has a double bed (only for kids) that folds-away into a sofa, a dining room table with 2 chairs, 1 arm chair, cupboard, lounge table, television, Wlan, radio/cd, a fire place. The bedroom has one double bed and a wardrobe (separated from the living room with a sliding door). The bathroom has a washbasin, douche and toilette. Non-smoking-flat. South facing patio.
