Chasa Perspectiva

Our PALANTSCHIN is a beautifully and stylishly developed, rustic attic with 3 cozy multi-bed rooms and a large lounge/living area. The accommodation is located on the top floor of a newly renovated multi-family house in the village center of Lavin and is ideal for groups or 1-3 families with a maximum of 16 people. The living area can also be used as a seminar room. A projector, screen, and sound system are available. Thus, this accommodation is also ideal for team weekends, retreats, training sessions, seminars, workshops, or other small events.

The kitchen is practically equipped and offers everything a group needs. Oil, vinegar, and standard spices as well as dish soap and dish towels are provided. There is a dishwasher, a filter coffee machine, and a kettle. Fondue and raclette sets are also available, or can be rented from us.

The maximum of 16 beds are divided among three rooms. In addition to 1-2 bunk beds, each room also has 1-2 stackable beds that can be placed side by side as a double bed or individually. This makes it easy to set up a double bed in each room and adapt the space to the guests' composition. 1st room: 3-4 beds 2nd room: 5-6 beds 3rd room: 4-6 beds

This accommodation also has 2 bathrooms. One smaller bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink, and a larger one with a bathtub/shower, toilet, sink, and washing machine.

The 40m² terrace is especially an extended "living room" in the summer, with an impressive view of the surrounding mountain landscape! In addition to Hollywood swings made from old chairlifts, there is also a grill oven! This allows you to sit outside comfortably late into the night.

The Swedish stove in the living area provides a cozy atmosphere in winter and can be lit as desired.

Our Chasa Perspectiva is located in the center of Lavin, a small, welcoming mountain village in the rugged Lower Engadin. Within 1-3 minutes' walk from the accommodation, you will find the train station with a bistro, the VOLG village shop with tourist information and post office, a hotel with a restaurant, the Giacometti bakery with a café, a small sports/ice rink, a unique children's playground, and various small businesses including our Bike Stop and guitar workshop.

The holiday apartments are all located in the large multi-family house in the village center. Except for the Chasina, which is located about 10 minutes' walk away on the other side of the river.

All accommodations have dish towels available. Towels must be brought along. Bed linen can be booked for an additional fee.

We are a non-smoking and pet-free accommodation.

Lavin is an ideal starting point for hiking, biking tours, fishing, or kayaking on the Inn. The picturesque section of the river from Lavin to Scuol is one of Europe's most popular kayaking routes! The hiking trails and biking routes begin right outside the door. For example, the newest part of the Swiss National Park, the beautiful Macun Lakes, can be reached directly from the accommodation in just over three hours. The location is also ideal in winter. For example, a beautiful cross-country skiing trail runs along the Inn, and with snowshoes, you can be on idyllic forest paths within minutes. The nearest ski resort is in Scuol and can be reached by car or train in about 20 minutes. The large ski resorts of St. Moritz and Klosters/Davos can also be reached within 45-60 minutes. The famous Schellen-Ursli mountain village of Guarda can also be seen from the accommodation and is about 45-60 minutes' walk away.
