Bedrooms:
3 bedrooms; a spacious bedroom with a large double bed (16m2), a spacious bedroom with 2 single beds (17m2) and 1 bedroom with a single bed, a child's bed and a practical desk area (13m2). All bedrooms have wardrobes or dressers. Bed linen is provided and included in the price.  

Living room:
An open living area with kitchen/dining area. The living room features a pellet stove (closed stove with window, thermostat-controlled, wood pellets are provided), dining table (high chair for toddlers available), a 2-seater sofa, a 3-seater sofa, a leather armchair, and a coffee table. The entire living area is characterized by 4 large glass double doors, which provide plenty of natural light. Direct access to the terrace is possible. For entertainment, there is free WLAN throughout the house, a flat-screen TV, internet radio, and a cabinet with parlor games.  

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped and features an induction cooktop, oven with steamer function, microwave, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, raclette oven, and fondue caquelon. Kitchen linen is provided and included in the price.  

Bathrooms:
2 bathrooms; one bathroom has a shower, a WC, and 2 sinks. The other bathroom has a WC, a sink, a washing machine, and a dryer. Towels are provided and included in the price.  

Interior design:
The house is modernly furnished and was newly built in 2005. The bright interior (white walls, glazed ceiling, light laminate flooring) and panoramic windows provide plenty of natural light. To keep the house modern, ongoing renovations are carried out.

Other rooms:
The house has a terrace with a garden, which can be accessed from the outside or directly from the living room. The terrace has a garden table with garden chairs.

The Casa Sutgera (built in 2005) is a freestanding, well-maintained 4 ½ room chalet at 1350 meters above sea level, located in a very sunny spot with a magnificent view of the mountains, and situated in a quiet cul-de-sac. It is furnished in a modern style and is very comfortable. Shopping facilities (Volg) are about 5 minutes' walk away.  

Bicycles/e-bikes can be charged and locked in the entrance hall.

The house has 4 car parking spaces, one of which is under cover with a charging station (11kW Type 2).

Pets on request, non-smoking accommodation.
