Located 150m from the Tracouet ski lift, this spacious apartment has a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, three bedrooms, a bathroom / WC, a shower room / WC. This apartment also offers 3 large balconies accessible from the kitchen, the living room and the largest bedroom.
Private indoor parking and ski-room are available free of charge.
Cable TV and wifi are also available for free.

Special notes regarding property cleaning and preparation protocols:

Since the beginning of the COVID 19 crisis in March 2020, we have fully equipped and trained our caretakers in the protocols for cleaning and preparing accommodation according to the recommendations of the Swiss and European health authorities, namely:

Protective measures for the use of housekeepers
Before starting to clean the property, the persons in charge of these services must wash their hands and put on disposable waterproof gloves and must avoid touching their faces when cleaning the premises.
Gloves must be discarded after each session.
Housekeepers should wash their hands immediately after removing their gloves, and be sure to ventilate and circulate air throughout the property during and after cleaning.

Property cleaning:
Often touched surfaces are cleaned and disinfected after each stay. Frequently affected surfaces include: tables, hard-backed chairs, door handles, stair rails, switches, remote controls, cabinet and closet handles, desks, toilets, sinks and sinks, bedside tables and kitchen worktops and other bathroom surfaces, but also key boxes.
A two-step approach is used to ensure the hygiene of these surfaces: to begin with, the janitors use detergent or soap and hot water to clean any traces of dirt on these surfaces, before carrying out a complete disinfection , to eliminate germs.

The janitors are provided with disposable gloves when changing the linen. The laundry is washed using the warmest temperature and completely dried.

Tourist taxes are payable locally in cash:
