Description of the holiday rental

This comfortably furnished 3 1/2 room flat is located on the ground floor (flat no. 1) and has its own living and dining room with fully furnished kitchen (induction cooker), bar as well as two bedrooms, both with a double bed (one double bed can also be separated, creating two single beds). The bathroom has recently been renovated and has a bathtub and WC.

Remarks: Electricity/water/heating are included. If requested, the tenant can take care of the end cleaning. Otherwise, it can be booked as an additional service. Wireless is available on request (CHF 20.-/stay, please pay directly on site).
This three-family house is located right on the ski piste for the Chummenbühl ski-lift and is in a quiet, sunny position. The heavenly view and beautiful sunsets on the sun terrace at the foot of the Obersaxen Mundaun hiking and ski area are really something to behold. An open-air car park is available and included in the price. The Rufalipark leisure park with ice-rink (bathing lake in summer), gymnasium and children's paradise is within walking distance.

Pets are not allowed. Nonsmoking.
