Spacious 2-room apartment on the ground floor. Very quiet area. The living room consists of a group of pad with enough seats. The apartment offers free WiFi, TV with over 300 channels.
The bedroom has 2 single beds with a large built-in wardrobe with plenty of storage space.
The separate kitchen with dining table for 4 people is equipped with a refrigerator with integrated freezer compartment, oven, stove, dishwasher, Nesspresso coffee machine.
Shower / toilet are completely redesigned. In the entrance area there is a cloakroom with an adjacent cleaning cupboard. The floor in the entrance area is covered with ceramic tiles. Living room and bedroom with wooden parquet.
Use of the outdoor parking spaces, ski and bike storage facilities are included in the rental price. Animals are not allowed.
The apartment is designed for 2 people and has an area of 56 m2. The Furtschellas valley station can be reached on foot in 7 minutes, 5-10 minutes to the nearest shop. Cross-country ski run leads past the house.
