The apartment is located on the ground floor of the very neat property "Chesa Palüdetta". There is a modern furnished living/dining room with open kitchen, a bedroom with two beds and a bathroom. The terrace looks south and offers a wonderful view of Piz Corvatsch and Piz La Margna. A parking lot in the garage, use of washmachine and tumble dryer and taxes are included. Pets are welcome. Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited.
