Description of the holiday rental

At the entrance of the village, this big and south facing duplex apartment on the 3rd floor of the Alisiers apartment building in Saint-Luc is located close to the supermarket and the bus shuttle stop which goes to the funicular station. South facing balcony with gorgeous viewpoint on the Cervin/Matterhorn and the end of the valley.

Rooms: entrance with wardrobe. Living room with chimney in the corner (wood not supplied. On sale at the village supermarket), direct access to the balcony. Three-seater sofa, armchairs, internet (Wifi), TV, radio, board games, books for adults and children in several languages. Open-plan kitchen with induction hob, 2 fridges (a small one and a big one), dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machines (one with a filter and a Nespresso one), juice squeezer, 2 raclette machines (one with a half wheel, the other one is more classical so that you can use it directly on the table). 

4 bedrooms:

1/ with a 160 x 200 cm bed 2/ with two 90 X 200 cm beds which can be arranged together 3/  with two 90 X 200 cm beds which can be arranged together. 4/ on the mezzanine with two 90 X 200 cm beds which can be arranged together. Storage cupboards in every bedroom.

2 bathrooms: one with a shower and a basin, the other one with a bathtub and a basin. Separate toilet, basin.

The building has a lift.

The car parking is not included in the rental. It's however possible to park cars on the communal parking which is located just in front of the building.

Ski storage and laundry (washing machine and dryer) available in the building.

The apartment is rented at 2 fares: one up to 6 persons with three rooms (Alisiers 7 pour 6 personnes) and the other one with 8 persons with four rooms (Alisiers 7 pour 8 personnes). Please contact the agency for further information.
