Basement : entrance hall way, closed fitted kitchen with dishwasher, living room with fireplace, TV and DVD player, Internet connection, access to the balcony, dining room, bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC. 1 bedroom with double bed (140 cm), 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom with bathtub, washbowl and WC.

1st floor (access by a wooden step ladder): 1 room with double bed (140 cm) and 1 single bed, 1 room with 1 single bed, separate WC and washbowl.

Cellar with washing machine. Garden around the chalet. Oil stove and electrical heating. Access to the chalet with around 20 steps, 1 parking place - n°5 - in the garage of the school of Vercorin (around 5 minutes walk).

Final cleaning included in the price. Linen on request.

NO SMOKING. NO PETS ALLOWED.
