Description of the holiday rental
It`s a 3-room apartment on the ground floor with app 90 m2. Entrance with wardrobe and additinal lavatory; living room with dining area, tv. Direct exit to the south-facing garden with mountain views. Separate kitchen with sliding door, window, oven, dishwasher, fridge, espresso machine. Two rooms with 2 beds, 1 bedroom has a direct exit to the seat. Bathroom with bath and curtain, WC, 2 washbasin. Downstair there is a laundry room - washer and dryer and a room for drying(sharing). The room for ski, snowboards or bikes you`ll find downstairs - in common use. There is a separat entrance. A parking space in the garage - an elevator will bring you to your apartement. "Pets are not allowed."
Location
The Chesa Spedlas is located in a very quiet area, in the upper part of Celerina, above the train station. On foot about 5 minutes you`ll reach the station or the cable car. Shops and restaurants are 200 - 300 m away.
