4 1/2 room apartment (97m2) for 8 people, located on the 3rd floor comprising: open fully equipped kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, fondue, raclette, toaster, electric kettle) with access to the outside balcony with 1 table and 4 chairs with a magnificent view of the Dents du Midi, entrance with storage, living room with a fireplace, 2 sofas, 2 relaxing chairs, TV, wifi, radio-CD, dining table with 10 chairs, 3 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200), 1 large wardrobe with access to the balcony, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (2x 90x200) and 1 large wardrobe each, 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (4x 90x200) and 1 large wardrobe. 1 bathroom with sink and WC. 1 shower room with sink and WC. Free undercover secure parking for 2 cars.
The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms for 8 beds: 1 large double bed; 2 twin beds (which can be pushed together to form a large bed), and 2x 2 bunk beds that can accommodate up to 4 people. A bathroom with bath and WC, and a bathroom with shower and WC.
The kitchen is equipped with plenty of crockery, glasses, cutlery, utensils etc., plus an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, extractor, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
The kitchen area has a large dining table for 10 people.
In the living room there is a fireplace (with logs provided), TV with cable channels, DVD/CD player, plenty of DVDs, CDs, books and games free to use. Your rental includes exclusive access to the balcony and patio in front of the kitchen - both with views of the Dents du Midi mountains and the Rhone valley.
Lockers for skis and ski boots are also available.
You also have 2 parking spaces in the closed and private underground car park.
