Location Churwalden is situated at an altitude of 1,250 m between Chur (approx. 20 minutes by car) and Lenzerheide (approx. 10 minutes by car) and is also easily accessible by public transport. The chalet is located in a quiet yet well-connected hillside area with beautiful views over Churwalden and the eastern mountain range from Parpaner Rothorn to Churer Joch. Gondola and chairlifts to the Lenzerheide-Arosa and Pradaschier ski, hiking and biking areas are reachable within a 5‑minute walk. It is an ideal starting point for countless hiking and mountain biking tours. Churwalden has a Migros and a Coop supermarket (500 m). Tennis courts and the swimming pool are 300 m away. On the ground floor, there are two cozy rooms with a double bed, a fold-out bed and a separate bathroom with shower/WC/sink. The chalet accommodates up to 7 people. In the basement, which has a natural stone floor, you will find a washing machine, dryer, various sleds, snow shovels and games available for free use. Facilities include Wi-Fi, TV, a Bluetooth soundbox and various games.
