Charming individual chalet on 2 levels located in Montana, 400 meters to the Violette-Plaine Morte cable car. Privileged and quiet situation. The chalet enjoys a South-East view on the Alps. It is located a 5-10' drive from the center. From the garage : small stairs lead to the chalet, therefore it is not adapted for disabled people. Shuttle bus stop at 300 meters. Open private garage at the foot of the chalet.
Terrace and private garden. Rented for a maximum of 9 people. About 120 m2 of living space. Internet WIFI included.
Main floor : Entrance hall, living room with flat screen TV, access to the South-East terrace, dining area with large table, large open kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, microwave. 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 shower room - WC - sink. Stairs leading to the first floor.
Upper floor: 1 bathroom-shower-WC-washbasin, 1 room with double bed with access to the South balcony, 1 room with double bed and TV. 1 room with 3 single beds. All the rooms on this level are attic.
Annex : Technical room for ski storage, equipped with washer/dryer.
