Centrally located, shopping facilities nearby, train station and cable car within easy walking distance (approx. 10 min). Reserved parking space in front of the house, additional garage parking space available for rent. Ski/bike storage room. Garden with children's playground. Large living room (sofa/TV area & dining area). Fully equipped kitchen (with electric stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, 2x raclette oven, 2 fondue sets) and dining area. Bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with double beds (and balcony), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, gallery (with 5 mattresses), plus the possibility to convert the sofa into a double bed. Large bathroom with toilet, washbasin, bathtub & sauna, separate shower/WC (with washing machine). 3 balconies (2x south/west and 1x north/east side).
