This stylish and cozy 2.5-room apartment awaits you in the heart of Flims, just a short walk from the mountain railways and the «Stenna» shopping center. Both are easily accessible within a few minutes on foot. The modern holiday apartment offers around 60 m² of space for a maximum of 4 people (recommended: 2 adults & 2 children).

The apartment is located in a multi-family house and features a comfortable bedroom with a double bed. Additionally, a sofa bed is available in the living area, ideal for a third adult or up to two younger children (approx. up to 10-12 years old).

From the sunny south-facing balcony, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the impressive mountain world of the Signina Group.

The open-plan living and dining area, with an integrated, fully equipped kitchen, creates an inviting atmosphere.

The Capolgarten 3.7 holiday apartment is located on the 3rd floor and can be easily reached by lift from the ground floor or underground garage, as well as via the staircase. The apartment includes an underground parking space, which is already included in the rental price. The building also offers a ski and snowboard room, as well as a sports shop with rentals for bikes, climbing equipment, skis, and snowboards.

A shared laundry room is available in the building. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes, among other things, a glass-ceramic hob, oven, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, and coffee machine. A raclette oven and a fondue set are also provided.

The south-facing balcony is furnished with a table and four chairs, inviting you to relax.

Please note that smoking in the apartment and bringing pets are not permitted. For safety reasons, the fireplace may not be used.
