Description of the holiday rental
Right at the beginning of Flims, in the beautiful part of Flims Vallorca, lies the cozy 3.5 room attic apartment, only a few minutes away from the mountain railroads and the shopping center "Stenna". The bright attic apartment convinces with its cozy chalet style and offers on 71sqm space for 4 guests. It has a spacious living room with a beautiful panoramic view and balcony, a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. In the gallery there is an additional mattress and the sofa in the living room can also be used as a sleeping accommodation.
In the apartment there are also two bathrooms (with hairdryer), a fireplace, flat screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen with fondue set, coffee filter machine, refrigerator with small freezer and toaster.
In the apartment building, there is a big and deep indoor swimming pool and sauna, and right next door is a tennis court for residents. Parking is also available right next to the house.
The indoor swimming pool, the sauna and the tennis court can be used by the guests free of charge. Two parking spots are available for the guests free of charge. One outdoor and another in a locked garage. Internet is available free of charge.
