This non smoking flat includes 2 sleeping rooms, a kitchenette and a living room in the 2nd floor In front of the living room you will find a terrace.
Additonal costs payable to the landlord directly after holidays:
heating fee winter per week Fr. 110,00, heating fee summer per week Fr. 65,00, laundry per Person per week Fr. 20,00, final cleaning Fr. 110,00, visitor's tax per adult per day Fr. 2.80
Ftan is situated at 1650m in Scuol in the lower Engadine. Ftan is a popular holiday destination in summer and in winter.
In winter, a chairlift brings you directly from Ftan to the large ski slopes Motta Naluns. The chairlift is easily accessible from the house (5 minutes on foot) and in good snow conditions you can ski all the way back to your holiday home!
Parking for all the flats is available in front of the house.
There is a ski room and a separate shoe room on the ground floor right by the entrance. A washing machine for all apartments in the house can also be found on the ground floor.
