Description of the holiday rental
On the ground floor of House 117 Plaz is the non-smoking apartment with two bedrooms, a living kitchen and a living room. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people.
One bedroom is set up for 2 people (1 double bed). In the 2nd bedroom there is a bunk bed and a double bed, suitable for 4 people.
In the living kitchen there is a dining table with bench and chairs, but you can also eat at the large table in the hallway with corner bench.
The apartment has its own Wi-Fi, and Swisscom TV is also installed:

The heating in the entire apartment is electric. In the living room, kitchen and entrance area and in the bedrooms there are electric direct heaters available. Please never place anything on or near the heaters, as this could cause fires. The kitchen and bathroom have underfloor heating.
Please place your skis, snowboards and sleds in the basement. There is also a shoe heater available where you can dry your shoes and gloves.
You can park your car in front of the parking lot (with sign "only for tenants Family Lötscher 117A") in front of the Hotel Chalamandrin. This parking lot is also used by tenants of House 117A. Several cars can be parked next to and behind each other. Please coordinate with each other.
The parking lot 64 is available in front of the village (at the Werkhof towards Ardez), which belongs to the house.
In summer, the beautiful nature is perfect for hiking and biking tours.
Since 2019, Ftan has the wonderful Lai Padnal lake, located just above the village.
In winter, a chairlift takes you directly from Ftan to the large ski area with the dream slopes of Scuol. The chairlift is a 5-minute walk from the house. Ftan is a popular holiday destination, picturesquely quiet, and there is a bakery and a grocery store for daily needs.
House 117 Plaz is located directly behind the tourist information. In the house with 3 apartments, we rent the ground floor apartment for up to 6 people.
