Description of the holiday rental

An idyllically situated house surrounded by meadows and trees. There are no direct neighbours overlooking the property and you enjoy complete privacy.

A path, which can be driven on by car for loading and unloading, leads to the house. There is a small wood just a short distance from the house. Deer can be seen grazing in the evening and sometimes the curious fox comes around. A large garden with a shady seating area invites to relax. 
House and garden are rented for private use, parties and events are not allowed, thank you. The house is Nordic-inspired, modern and furnished to a high standard. It has a wonderful large wood-burning stove and lots of windows. The floor is made of light-coloured wood and the walls are painted white. There is a natural light-coloured wool carpet in the bedroom.

On the ground floor is the entrance with a cloakroom, the bathroom, an open, well-equipped kitchen and a large dining area. Enclosed is the living room, where the wood-burning stove is located. 
On the 1st floor is the spacious bedroom with a 200x200cm (Kingsize) double bed and a large, open-plan TV and reading room with a cosy corner sofa. The staircase is open, therefore children under 14 years are not allowed. In any case, the lessor declines all liability in case of accidents. 

Heating is provided by heating panels and the wood-burning stove.  There are two private car parking spaces within 2 minutes walking distance. 

The village of Hemberg is only 2 minutes away by car; you can walk to Hemberg in 10-15 minutes along a picturesque path. Hemberg offers a well-stocked grocery shop, an excellent bakery and various restaurants.  A Postbus runs from Hemberg to Wattwil and to Herisau/St.Gallen.
