3½- Room apartment (apx.. 100 m2) in 6-apartments-house. Iideal location at the beginning of the Murastrasse. Bus-Stop in both direction (Gotschna/Parsenn and Madrisa) just some steps from the house. Sunny and bright. 1. Floor with elevator, balcony (south), 1 car place in the garage (on request 2nd place possible). Main bedroom with 2 single beds, second room with 1 bunk bed and 1 single bed. 1 Bathroom/WC and 1 shower/WC. Kitchen with stove and oven, fridge with freezer and dish-washer. Living room with HD-Smart-TV as well as radio + CD-player, WI-FI, Bed linen (nordic quilt), bath linen and kitchen towels. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoker apartment.
