Beautiful attic apartment in a 17th century Engadin house, in the picturesque village part of La Punt Chamues-ch. Extremely central, sunny and quiet location. Only a few steps to the local/ski bus stop and to the stores. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) and has the following room layout: Entrance area with an open kitchen and a dishwasher. Double bedroom and bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. Living room with a flat screen TV with sat-reception and free WiFi. 1 additional single bedroom. The apartment is suitable for 2 persons or 2 adults and a child. Over occupancy is not possible. La Punt Chamues-ch is a village with about 700 residents. At the southern base of the Albulapass at 1700 m.a.s.l., away from the hustle and bustle but still in the heart of the Upper Engadin. Ideal starting point for sportive and cultural activities and events in the region.
