Description of the holiday rental

The flat is part of an old historic farmhouse dated back to the 17th century. The ancient houses in the close neighbourhood once belonged to rich patrician families. Chesa “Engel” is situated close to the river “Inn” and the bridge which connects La Punt with Chamues-ch.
Close to the house there is the cross-country skiing trail of the famous Engadin Ski Marathon in winter as well as a very nice footway and cycle path in summer. 200 m away there is a playground with facilities for a barbecue ((Lejets). A bakery and two restaurants, a grocery, the bus station (busses to all skiing areas) and a public parking area are nearby. The railway station is in a 400 m distance by foot. A small ski lift for children or beginners is situated in the village, as well as sports shop, a hairdresser, the post office, the tourist office. In a five minute driving distance to Samedan there are a lot of shops like MIGROS, ALDI, COOP, DENNER, butcher shop and pharmacy.
In summer guests find a small garden, equipped with a swing for children and a table with seating furniture. Two golf courses (Zuoz and Samedan) are reachable within 5 or 10 Minutes by car. The national park in S-chanf (hiking, watching animals like marmots, climbing park) is two villages away from La Punt.
The bright and sunny flat is situated at the 1st floor of the „Chesa Engel“. Most of the furniture is made of the typical swiss pine wood.
Living room: balcony, round table and chairs for 4 people, sideboard, comfortable couch, TV set and small table

Kitchen: separated by a counter from the living room. Equipped with up-to-date hardware (fridge, freezer, electric kitchen   stove, baking oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, mixer, express cooker, toaster and much more).
A vacuum cleaner is in the flat, too.

Bedroom 1: king-size bed, spacious wardrobe, rack, sideboard, mirror, chair, hairdryer
Bedroom 2: bunk bed, spacious wardrobe, shelf, mirror, chairs and folding table
Bathroom: shower, wash-bowl, mirror cabinet, small shelf, toilet
Corridor: large coatrack, wardrobe, mirror

Underfloorheating in all rooms, floor tiles in kitchen and bathroom, carpet in all other rooms.

Basement: common room for storing skiing equipment or bicycles, washing machine and laundry dryer

Parking: one complimentary parking position per flat in front of the house on the property. Additional cars can be placed overnight and subject to charges nearby across the VOLG shop.
