Sunny 3-room apartment on the 1st floor, quiet location with sunny southwest balcony. View of mountains, forest, meadow and garden. A living room consisting of cozy seating area incl. club table and a single sofa and dining table with corner bench plus 2 chairs, TV, internet, radio, telephone. In the apartment there is free internet WLAN access. Separate kitchen with hatch to the living and dining room. The kitchen contains a glass ceramic stove with 4 hotplates, extractor hood, oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator and freezer. For the balcony there are 4 separate chairs, 2 deck chairs, 1 table and 2 umbrellas. One bedroom with double bed, closet including hangers, 2 bedside tables with 2 bedside lamps. Another bedroom with 3 single beds one of which is a bunk bed, closet incl. hanger, 1 bedside table with 2 bedside lamps. Bathroom with bathtub with shower device, shower curtain, toilet, sink with mirror cabinet. In the entrance area there is an open wardrobe. Cupboard (cleaning supplies, vacuum cleaner, iron). Furthermore, there is a communal washing machine in the basement and a tumbler in the adjoining house. Use of the underground parking space and outdoor parking is included in the apartment rent.
