- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200cm) and a wardrobe
- Living room with sofa bed (140x200cm) and dining area, fireplace, south facing balcony
- Separate, well-equipped kitchen (stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, electric kettle, coffee maker, Italian coffee machine)
- Bathroom bathtub

Mandatory Supplements
- Cleaning package: CHF 220.-. (A supplement shall be charged in the case of excess)

- Arrival outside opening hours/day: between CHF 50 and CHF 100
- Deposit: CHF 300.- blocked on a credit card at the arrival. The amount will be release 14 days after the departure.
