Description of the holiday rental

Intelligent Chalet Our typical Swiss luxury chalet has 3 flats connected to each other in the Chalet. So these accommodations are not separated from each other but can be closed off from each other if you as a large group do want a bit more privacy from each other at certain times.  It is an intelligent Chalet to meet everyone's needs and still ensure privacy for large groups. Upper floor (Loft) The top floor (Loft) has 2 large bedrooms (sleeps 4) and also 2 large bathrooms. And both bedrooms also have a private terrace overlooking the Walensee, Flumserberg and Churfirsten.  The top floor (Loft) also has a large living room (with a TV) with an open kitchen. There is also a dining table that can be extended for up to 10 people.  Above the stairwell (which is closed off by a door and walls to ensure privacy) there is an additional space created for lounging or sleeping (There is a double box-spring bed)  This is an open space raised on a large plateau, this space is not enclosed by walls but by a wooden railing which ensures that you have the chalet's best views of the Churfirsten and Flumserberg.  Middle flat (Penthouse) The middle flat has a large kitchen suitable for cooking for very large groups. The kitchen has a very nice view of the Churfirsten.  Directly adjacent to the kitchen is a bar where you can eat with a smaller group.  The middle flat also has a large wooden dining table for 14 people. And an adjoining fireplace for cosy after-dinner drinks or conversation.  The middle flat also has a TV room that can be completely closed off by a glass door with curtains. This TV room also has a double sofa bed; families often use this room as an extra bedroom for the children.  Also directly adjacent to the TV room is a private bedroom for 2 with a desk to work at and a large wardrobe.  The second private bedroom is on the other side of the hallway middle flat. This room is lockable with a door/key.  Outdoor terrace (private) The middle flat also has a large outdoor terrace where there is a large outdoor dining table suitable for 14 people. Standard on this outdoor terrace is a professional BBQ for outdoor dining. And for the late evening hours there is also an outdoor stove on the terrace to stay warm and cosy. The outdoor terrace also has an amazing view of the Churfirsten and Flumserberg. Studio Apartment  The studio flat has its own private entrance by the garden. The studio has a private outdoor terrace with a gazebo, a chill-out terrace and a picnic table for dining.  The studio flat has 2 separate rooms with 2 box-spring beds suitable for 4 people in total (2 adults and 2 children). The largest room also has an open-plan kitchen and a small bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet.  The smallest room is directly adjacent to the garden below where there is a large picnic table for outdoor dining. And this garden also houses the sauna house which you can use.  The sauna house also has its own shower room which is enclosed which you may use as a guest of the studio apartment.  And the studio flat is adjacent to the hall (downstairs) which guests may also use. This is an open living room, here there is a piano, two chairs a sofa with a table. And next to the hall (downstairs) is also the wine bar which guests may also use for a small party.  Additional facilities Chalet The Chalet also has a wine bar for small intimate parties. A luxurious sauna where you can enjoy several people at once in a relaxed atmosphere. The chalet has a large garden with several terraces for drinks or BBQs.  And in the chalet's backyard is the swimming pool which is open to guests all year round.  In the garage there is storage space for Winter or summer sports-Gear. And in the hall (basement) there is also a small common room used as a living room including Piano.  And there is a laundry room with a washer and dryer for general use.  All these facilities are shared with us when we are at home and/or other guests. Finally; each accommodation has a free private parking space. If more parking spaces are needed please contact us for availability.
