Description of the holiday rental
The rustically stylish furnished 2.5 room (60m2) apartment was partially renovated in 2015 and is for the first time in the rental. A new kitchen, new floors in the room, bathroom and kitchen give the apartment its own charm. The stylish furniture in the living room are partly antique. The large dining table with a corner bench invites you to linger and enjoy. The kitchen has a hatch to the living room. The bedroom has enough built-in wardrobes. A private garage is also available. A large balcony in front of the living room faces south. The smaller balcony at the bedroom faces northwest.
The apartment is located in the area Muragls, on the edge of Pontresina. It is located on a very quiet neighborhood street with very little traffic. The nearest bus stop can be reached in 300m on foot in a few minutes. Hiking trails and access to the most beautiful bike tours is in front of the house.
