Description of the holiday rental
Living and cooking: In the large living/dining and cooking-area you can relax comfortably, cook and eat together. Wifi, satellite/cable TV and CD player/radio are available.
The kitchen is equipped with oven/microwave, induction cooker, dishwasher and coffee machine, mixer, toaster, fondue and raclette dishes.
Garden terrace: The garden terrace has two sheltered seats, one with deck chairs and one with table and chairs. So you can enjoy the wonderful view of the forest and the Samnaun mountains.
Sleeping: The 2 bedrooms are equipped with box spring beds and fitted wardrobes.
2 bathrooms: A bathroom with a bathtub, a bathroom with a rain shower. In the bathrooms you will find a hairdryer, towels, bathrobe and natural care products.

The house is situated in an excellent location at the slope Laret, a few meters from the ski bus stop, restaurants, shops and park.
In this exclusive apartment you will find everything your heart desires. For interior decoration purest natural materials are used and furnished and the house is equipped with antiques and designer furniture.
On the first floor the large livingroom, diningroom and the kitchen area is 56 m2. A fireplace separates the living / dining area and has on each side a clear view of the fire pit.
From the living area goes a ladder to the loft with 2 beds with separate bathroom. The kitchen area is equipped with free induction stove.
On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms with box spring beds and a balcony. Both bedrooms have a bathroom, one with a freestanding bathtub and a bathroom with a steam shower. The bathrooms are equipped with hair dryer, towels, bathrobes and toiletries based on natural ingredients.
On the furnished covered terrace, you can enjoy the sun and the magnificent view of the Samnaun valley.
Wi-Fi access everywhere in the apartment.
The apartment has a separate entrance.
The ski room is equipped with a ski boot heater.
In front of the house there are two parking spaces, which are available free of charge.
