3½-room flat on the top floor, approx. 60 m², with separate entrance. Living/dining room with fireplace and balcony. Radio and TV. Quiet location with lake and mountain view. Small eat-in kitchen with dishwasher and oven. Chicco d'Oro coffee machine. Double room (2x90x195). Children's room with 2x single beds (2x85x190). Bath/WC/bathtub. Garage space no. 15B. Laundry room and ski room for shared use. Pets are not allowed.
HOUSE DESCRIPTION
Chesa Ils Battafös (the firemen) is built in the Engadine style and was completed in March 1987. The house is situated on the edge of the village centre in the direction of Sils-Maloja in a quiet and sunny location. Cross-country ski runs and hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity. Corvatsch, a skiing area in winter and the starting point for many hikes in summer, is located on the right side of the lake in the Surlej part of the village, approx. 700 metres away. The sports bus runs every half hour in all directions in winter.
