Description of the holiday rental

2.5-room apartment in an apartment building centrally yet quietly located. The apartment is suitable for 2 persons and has a cozy living/dining room with separate kitchen. It is functionally furnished and has a dishwasher, stove, oven, small refrigerator and all kinds of appliances such as Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, fondue dishes, etc. The cozy Double bedroom is equipped with a 1.60m bed and a large built-in wardrobe. Adjacent is the bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.
From the living room you have direct access to the southwest-facing balcony. The beautiful view of the park-like garden, the Piz Albana and the Corvatsch will also inspire you.

Hiking trails and cross-country trails are in the immediate vicinity. After your day of skiing, you can take the alpine skis directly in front of the house. The ski lift and the slope are located in the immediate vicinity of the property. The bus station of the public transport as well as the free local bus, is located directly below the apartment. 

The rental property includes a parking space in the neighboring property Margun. Behind the house there are outdoor parking spaces, which can be shared free of charge by the residents of the house.  Pets are not allowed.
