Inside : approx. 40 sqm, living with double sofa bed and decorative fire place, dinette -

Sanitary : 1 bathroom with 1 shower and 1 WC, washing machine (6 kg) -
Kitchen : electric cooker (3 hotplates), oven, microwave, fridge, electric kettle, set for fondue and for raclonette -
Various : cable-TV with DVD-player and various films, pets are allowed, non-smoker, pellet heating (simple use) that heats the whole flat, electric heaters, parking space on the municipal car port (50m away and with costs during the winter)
