Location and general information: The Haus Au Réduit is located in the middle of the village center of St. Moritz diagonally opposite the world-famous Hotel Palace and right next to the equally well-known Confiserie Hanselmann. The property was built in 1972 and is constantly maintained and modernized. Although the entrance to the Au Réduit is located in the pedestrian zone, the garage, which faces Via Maistra, can be reached by car without restrictions. Apartment 202 is located on the 2nd floor (calculated from the house entrance) and is oriented to the east. From the balcony, the view sweeps towards Muottas Muragl. The apartment was renovated and newly furnished in 2015. In the house there is a communal laundry room (coin-operated machines) and an in-house waste collection station. A small parking space in the in-house underground car park can be rented for the apartment. For larger vehicles, the public parking garage Serletta, whose exit is located right next to the Hotel Palace, is recommended.
