Modern studio in the middle of the village center of St. Moritz. For 2 persons, no pets. Location and general information: The Haus Au Réduit is located in the middle of the village center of St. Moritz diagonally opposite the world-famous Hotel Palace and right next to the equally well-known Confiserie Hanselmann. The property was built in 1972 and is constantly maintained and modernized. Although the entrance to the Au Réduit is located in the pedestrian zone, the garage, which faces Via Maistra, can be reached by car without restrictions. Apartment 202 is located on the 2nd floor (calculated from the house entrance) and is oriented to the east. From the balcony, the view sweeps towards Muottas Muragl. The apartment was renovated and newly furnished in 2015. In the house there is a communal laundry room (coin-operated machines) and an in-house waste collection station. A small parking space in the in-house underground car park can be rented for the apartment. For larger vehicles, the public parking garage Serletta, whose exit is located right next to the Hotel Palace, is recommended. Room layout: The studio 202 consists of an open living/sleeping/dining room with exit to the balcony and an open kitchen. The bathroom in the entrance area is separated from the living room. Facilities: The apartment was furnished in a puristic and practical way. In the living room there is a folding bed for two people, a wardrobe, a small dining table, a comfortable sofa and a TV set. There is also a free Wi-Fi available for our guests. The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop with a steam extractor and an oven, a fridge with an ice compartment, a dishwasher and a coffee machine. The bathroom consists of a shower, a toilet and a washbasin with a vanity unit.
