The 67 m2 living area was built in 1966 and renovated in 2013. On the lower floor, you'll find the kitchen with a dining nook. The kitchen is equipped with a wood cooker, electric cooker with convection oven, Tassimo capsule coffee machine, kettle, fondue caquelon, raclette oven, and dishes for at least 8 people. Spices, oil, and vinegar are provided. In the living room, there are two couches (which can also be used as beds) and various games are available. On the lower floor, there is also a separate toilet. On the upper floor, there are 2 bedrooms (1st room: a French bed 140 cm and a single bed, 2nd room: a double bed with two mattresses and a single bed) and a small shower room with toilet. A baby cot is available upon request. Outside, the house has 4 seating areas (garden furniture is provided). You can follow the sun from early to late (or avoid it). A Weber sphere grill (charcoal) is available. The house is heated with two wood stoves (kitchen & living room) (wood is provided). The holiday home is situated on its own at 1545 m above sea level with a panoramic view of Schesaplana, Drusenfluh, Stelser Hausberg Kreuz, Klosters, Heuberge, Furna, and Danusa. The house was once a mountain farmhouse; the hay barn now serves as a playground in the rain – or as a shaded area when it's hot! The restaurants Mottis and Zum See are within a 15-minute walk. Shopping facilities are located in Schiers, and the post bus runs several times a day from Mottis to Schiers. Stelsersee is reachable on foot in about 20-30 minutes. It is the highest lake in Europe where white water lilies bloom. Stels is an ideal starting point for beautiful hikes to St. Antönien and Pany. The house is not connected to the public sewer system. The collected wastewater is regularly disposed of in a costly manner. We are very grateful to our guests if they use water economically.
