Description of the holiday rental
The 67 m² large living area was built in 1966 and renovated in 2013. On the lower floor, you will find the kitchen with a dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a wood-burning stove, electric cooker with convection oven, Tassimo capsule coffee machine, kettle, fondue set, raclette oven and crockery for at least 8 people. Spices, oil and vinegar are provided. In the living room, there are two sofas (which can also be used as beds) and various games are available. On the lower floor, there is also a separate WC. On the upper floor, there are 2 bedrooms (1st room: a French bed 140 cm and a single bed, 2nd room: a double bed with two mattresses and a single bed) and a small shower room with WC.
A cot is available on request.
Outside, the house has 4 seating areas (garden furniture is provided). You can follow the sun from morning to evening (or avoid it). A Weber kettle grill (charcoal) is available.
The house is heated by two wood-burning stoves (kitchen & living room) (wood is provided).
The holiday home is detached and located at 1,545 m above sea level with panoramic views of Schesaplana, Drusenfluh, Stelser Hausberg Kreuz, Klosters, Heuberge, Furna and Danusa. The house formerly served as a mountain farm, and the hay barn now serves as a rain shelter – or a shady spot when it's hot!The Mottis and Zum See restaurants are easily accessible on foot in about 15 minutes. Shopping facilities are located in Schiers, and the post bus runs several times a day from Mottis to Schiers. The Stelsersee lake is about 20-30 minutes on foot. It is Europe's highest lake where white water lilies bloom. Stels is an ideal starting point for beautiful hikes to St. Antönien and Pany.
The house is not connected to the public sewage system. The collected wastewater is regularly disposed of in a complex process. We are very grateful to our guests if they use water sparingly.
